A deep regional operator, Enes brings hands-on experience executing investments across energy transition, digital infrastructure, and industrial platforms in the Gulf.

He is recognised for his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, align with sovereign stakeholders, and translate capital into executable, cash-generative assets. Aleksander Meidell-Hagewick is Chief Strategy & Research Officer at Claymont, Managing Partner, Capital Strategy at Claymont Equivator, and Managing Partner, Europe & North America at Equivator. He is also Co-Founder and CEO of Causara, the institutional decision infrastructure firm that designs the thesis and investor architecture behind the group's capital strategy.
