Aleksander Meidell-Hagewick is Chief Strategy & Research Officer at Claymont, Managing Partner, Capital Strategy at Claymont Equivator, and Managing Partner, Europe & North America at Equivator. He is also Co-Founder and CEO of Causara, the institutional decision infrastructure firm that designs the thesis and investor architecture behind the group's capital strategy. His focus is the translation of GPU infrastructure from an operational technology domain into an institutional capital-markets product for sovereign and institutional investors.
He plays a central role in structuring institutional-grade investment vehicles and in developing the underwriting frameworks, capital-stack design, and risk-adjusted return methodologies that align long-term capital with contracted compute. Through Causara, he leads the structured reasoning work — mapping the market, regulatory, institutional, and strategic environment surrounding high-consequence capital decisions, and the evidence, assumptions, and scenarios on which they rest. This work supports the Board, executive team, and regional CEOs on fund architecture, offtake diligence, and analytical input on technology, density, and customer mix.
Aleksander is an investor and entrepreneur with experience founding companies and building investment platforms, and advises family offices, funds, corporates, and government-related stakeholders across technology, infrastructure, real assets, and finance. He holds a Master's in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Bologna (BBS), where his research focused on causal reasoning in financial markets — the foundation on which Causara was built.
