Florian Loloum

Florian Loloum is the Chairman of Claymont Group and a seasoned global infrastructure leader with a proven track record in large-scale capital formation across multiple asset classes. He has directed and advised on the structuring and raising of multi-billion-dollar financing for complex, multi-jurisdictional infrastructure platforms, collaborating closely with institutional investors, sovereign wealth capital, and strategic partners.

As a veteran finance executive, Florian drives the development and funding of institutional digital infrastructure and AI compute platforms globally. He actively steers strategic joint-venture initiatives, including Equivator in the GCC and Ailo in Europe, bringing comprehensive expertise in full-stack corporate governance and financial engineering. His core specialization lies in complex cross-border platform structuring and multi-jurisdictional execution.

At Claymont, Florian leverages over 20 years of institutional leadership and market credibility across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to ensure platforms scale responsibly. Holding a dual Executive MBA from INSEAD and Tsinghua University (SEM), his commercial network and technical oversight continue to shape capital allocation and private equity initiatives for mission-critical institutional platforms.

Fabian Wong is Founder of the Claymont Group and a senior infrastructure and AI-platform strategist with extensive experience across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. He leads strategic end-customer relationships with global hyperscalers, sovereign entities, and enterprise partners.

Previously as Deloitte's and EY managing partner and partner and deep experiences in Japan's Softbank, Fabian is also responsible for driving Claymont's strategic partnerships, including the Accenture collaboration across Asia Pacific, aligning advisory, technology, and execution capabilities for AI infrastructure deployment. His background spans capital structuring, cross-border platform building, and offtake-led growth strategies.

At Claymont, Fabian focuses on global strategy, partnerships, and execution alignment, ensuring the platform connects capital, technology, and end and retail customers at scale.
